Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard catalogue models start at 100–300 pcs. Fully custom ODM projects typically start at 1,000 pcs depending on tooling. We also support pilot runs for market testing — just tell us your target and we will find a workable path.
Can you put our brand and packaging on the products?
Yes. OEM service includes logo printing or laser engraving, custom colour finishes, branded boot screens and UI, user manuals, retail packaging and barcodes. Artwork support is included.
Which smart home platforms do your devices support?
Tuya / Smart Life by default, with Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings and Yandex depending on the product. We also support TTLock, SIP intercom protocols and custom MQTT or private-cloud integration for ODM clients.
Do you ship PCBA modules only?
Absolutely. We supply bare PCBAs, flashed and tested modules, or fully assembled units. Many factories buy our control boards and integrate them into their own housings.
How long does a custom ODM project take?
Typical timeline is 3–5 weeks for a functional prototype and 10–14 weeks from design freeze to mass production, depending on tooling complexity and certification requirements.
Do you provide samples?
Yes — catalogue samples ship within 3–7 working days. Sample fees are refunded against your first mass-production order.
